We provide exercise classes for adults with additional needs and disabilities. Our classes are fun, inclusive and focus on building communities, developing coping skills, improving mental health, overall fitness and well-being.
Our classes are made up of games, challenges, activities and sports. We work on building and developing skills such as gross and fine motor skills, locomotive skills, hand eye coordination, strength, agility, flexibility, and fitness.
We also put a strong emphasis on mental health awareness and building coping skills within our classes that transfer to every day life. Social skills, listening skills, communication skills, confidence building and improved self-esteem are all benefits of our classes.
Our exercise classes build communities, offering a safe, inclusive, accepting and fun environment for people to be themselves, celebrate their abilities, get fit and learn new skills.
