At Active Academy we offer personal training for clients. Our training is varied, covering things such as strength and conditioning, speed work, agility, overall fitness, improved health, flexibility, toning and injury prevention.
Our coach will work with you to design a programme unique to your goals, help keep you motivated and on track to achieve those goals and offer consistent support throughout your journey.
Our programmes will be full of challenging exercises with plenty of variation to keep you motivated and engaged in the training.
The training will also improve other areas of your life such as sleep quality, mobility, mental health awareness, better mood, reduced anxiety, increased energy and well being.
Our personal training programmes are offered in person and online. We offer personal training for adults with and without additional needs.
