We offer sports days and fun days for all schools and services where we will ensure that every child is involved and has a fun experience.

We will design the day based around your needs and the interests of the children participating. We will provide all of the equipment and we can offer packages from one hour to full days.

Sports days should involve every child so our activities are adaptable, inclusive and designed to be fun and achievable. We focus on participation as opposed to winning or losing because we believe that moving is winning.

For us, sports days and fun days are all about being active and moving. Therefore we put a lot of work into ensuring that the children enjoy these days and see sport as a fun, positive experience, hopefully encouraging them to participate more in sport after this day.

We can offer a traditional style sports day with novelty races or we can design a different day full of games and activities for you. We can include some mindfulness techniques and social activities to encourage positive interaction between the students.

We don’t believe in one size fits all so your day will be based around your wants and needs.

Our fun fitness classes allow children and adults to get fit, improve agility, strength, balance, coordination, social skills, listening skills, communication skills, flexibility and much more. We develop activities that will help improve gross and fine motor skills, hand eye coordination, develop coping mechanisms, improve concentration and locomotor skills. We also focus on building self-confidence and increasing self-esteem for all the participants in our classes. The best thing is that all of this happens unbeknownst to them because they are just having fun.
